1. A LiDAR device: an iPhone 12 Pro or a later Pro model, or an iPad Pro with LiDAR. Other iPhones cannot record a capture.
  2. Free space: keep at least 3 GB free. A capture cannot start with less than 2 GB.
  3. An email address for your Veylet account. There is no password.
  4. About five minutes in one room at home for the practice room.
  5. For a real home: permission to capture it, working lights, and a clear route through each room.

If it doesn’t work

In the app, open Account. It says "Ready to capture" when your device has the LiDAR camera Veylet needs. If it says the device has no rear LiDAR camera, that device cannot record; use a Pro model.

If Account warns that space is low, delete videos or apps you no longer need, then try again.
