SHARE & EMBED
Your property. Your website.
An approved walkthrough can sit alongside your listing photos or open from a simple link. Visitors do not need an account or the capture app.
Start with the client link.
In your desk, preview and review the finished tour, then create its client handoff. Use that handoff link here. Owner preview links only work for your signed-in account.
Place it on the listing.
Choose a link or a custom HTML block.
The simplest option is a button labelled “Explore the property in 3D” linked to the client handoff. For an inline player, paste the embed code into your website builder’s custom HTML or embed block. Do not paste it into ordinary paragraph text.
Keep the page quick to open.
Place a single tour below the listing’s essential information. The iframe loads lazily, and the tour downloads after a visitor chooses to explore. Use the included direct link if the website builder removes iframe code.
Test the actual published page.
Open the page signed out on desktop and phone, including a cellular connection. Start the tour, turn through each viewpoint and check fullscreen and the fallback link. A preview in a website builder is not the same as its published page.
Stay in control.
Will it work on any property portal?
A normal website can allow embeds, but each portal and website builder controls its own rules. If HTML embeds are blocked, use a supported virtual-tour URL field or a normal link where permitted. No particular portal integration is implied.
What happens when I revoke the tour?
New requests to the old handoff and its embed stop opening. Someone who already downloaded a tour may still have a copy. Remove the embed and old link from your listing as well. Sharing it again requires checking the current release and permissions.
Why is the player blank or slow?
Try the direct client link and an up-to-date browser with hardware graphics enabled. Check the connection, wait for the download, then retry once. If the link is expired or revoked, ask the operator for a current one. Keep listing photos and a contact route available if a visitor’s device cannot render 3D.
What should I send for support?
Tell the studio your browser, device and which step failed. Share the unlisted link only through your agreed support route. Keep addresses, access codes and private client imagery out of a public support post.
