VEYLET STUDIO

FROM PROPERTY TO WALKTHROUGH

A clear path to your first tour.

Let people explore a property before they visit. Start with the space and the people who will see it. We will help you choose the capture route.

Enquiries and applications are free. Email accounts are free when access is available; current access is a limited studio test. Capture, processing, hosting and any invited pilot allowance are agreed separately before work starts.

FOR AGENCIES & SPACE OWNERS

Arrange a walkthrough.

Tell us your area, property type and timing. A managed walkthrough needs no capture app or technical setup from your team.

FOR YOUR CAPTURE OPERATOR

Capture with guidance.

We check the exact device and a practice capture before production approval. App installation and the supported transfer route are arranged with the studio.

WHAT TO EXPECT

One property, five steps.

  1. Agree the space and scope.

Start with a recognisable property name, suburb, approximate size and rooms. Confirm capture permission, private areas to exclude and who approves the final tour. Keep street addresses and access instructions out of the public form.

  2. Prepare and capture.

Clear personal documents and screens, keep people and pets out of the route, and keep lighting steady. Your assessed operator follows the supported app guidance and checks the source before leaving.

  3. Studio processing and quality review.

The studio reconstructs the saved capture and checks the result. Processing currently needs the studio workflow; recording on the phone does not create a finished tour automatically. Keep originals until transfer is confirmed. Web delivery uses an optimized tour package under 50 MB; source captures stay separate. Missing areas may need another capture.

  4. Review before sharing.

Open the owner preview. Check every room, turns, doorways, floor and ceiling edges, privacy and phone navigation. Report corrections together. Capture permission and permission to publish are separate.

  5. Share on your terms.

Once the tour is reviewed and sharing is enabled, copy its link or embed code from your desk. Viewers need no account or capture app. Anyone who receives the link can forward it.

Keep the handover simple.

Already in the studio test?

Use the email agreed with the studio on both the website and capture app. Open studio sign-in, then save a space. Account creation does not grant production approval.

When the listing changes.

Revoke the handoff and remove its embed when the tour should stop being available. Revocation blocks new access; it cannot erase copies already downloaded. Agree hosting dates and any archive or deletion request with the studio.

Before you start.

Can every visitor open a tour?

Visitors use a current browser with graphics support on a phone, tablet or computer. Performance depends on the tour, device and connection. Share a direct link as a fallback for website builders that block embedded content. Portal compatibility must be checked with that portal.

Can an agency use it free?

You can enquire or apply at no charge. Email accounts are free when access is available. Contact the studio before your first sign-in. Invited pilot use has a confirmed scope, allowance and hosting period. It is not automatic, unlimited or activated by signing up. Ask the studio about availability before promising a free tour to a client.

Is a walkthrough a measured survey?

No. It provides visual context for a space. It is not a measured floor plan, building survey or guarantee of condition. Keep listing photography and required property information available alongside it.
