- Put away documents, mail, photos, keys, medicines and valuables, and turn off screens.
- Get permission from whoever controls the home. If someone lives in it, such as a tenant, get the occupants’ agreement as well as the owner’s.
- Before you approve, walk the whole walkthrough and look for people, photos, documents and screens. Nothing checks this for you.
- Approve only when you have permission to capture the home and to publish this exact walkthrough. The box you tick before Approve and share, “I have the right to share this walkthrough.”, confirms both.
