Not started
Your plan has not begun yet. You can practise; renders start once it is running.
Free months
Your free months are running, with the date they end. Everything works as usual.
Active
Your plan is running.
Ended
Your plan or free months ended on the date shown. New captures wait until a plan is running again.

Shared walkthroughs are live while your plan is active. When a plan ends, their links, embeds and QR codes keep working for 14 days, then go offline. Nothing is deleted: restart your plan and the same links work again at once.

One new accepted capture uses one walkthrough, regardless of room count. Each capture has one link and one QR code. The app shows how many rooms fit in one capture; if all rooms do not fit, make more captures. Each additional capture is another walkthrough with its own link and QR code. A correction of the same walkthrough, or a permitted whole recapture including every original room, replaces it on the same link and uses no extra walkthrough. A partial recapture of only named rooms is not a permitted whole recapture and does not receive that waiver.

Listing videos and stills are included in your plan once video exports open. Exports are not open yet. Files you already downloaded are yours to keep.

See your plan in the app, under Account. If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name and then Subscriptions.

To keep a single walkthrough online without a plan, ask us for a hosting extension: use Keep this walkthrough online on its card in your Veylet account, or email Veylet support with the walkthrough’s name. It is invoiced a year at a time, per walkthrough.

If it doesn’t work

Offline on a walkthrough means your plan ended more than 14 days ago, so its link shows "not available". Restart your plan and this link works again — same link, embed and QR.

Deleting your Veylet account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Settings too.
