- Capture the room again with the lights on.
- Hold the phone upright and point it at a corner or door frame until views start saving.
- Walk slowly and turn a full circle at each spot, waiting for each view to save.
- Finish, check the phone check says Ready to send, then tap Send to Veylet.
If it doesn’t work
If the phone check says Not enough views yet, fewer than three photos were saved. Hold the phone level on a clear corner or doorway until views start saving.
If the camera view stays black or frozen, close the app fully, open it again and retry.
This failed attempt uses no walkthrough. A later accepted new capture uses one. Only a correction or reprocessing of the same walkthrough, or a permitted whole recapture including every original room, keeps the same link and uses no extra walkthrough. A partial named-room recapture is not a waiver.
