- Walk each room from its standing spots with the lights on, keeping walls, doorways and furniture in view.
- Send the new capture.
If it doesn’t work
If you did capture the inside of a home, email Veylet support with the listing’s name as it appears in the app.
This failed attempt uses no walkthrough. A later accepted new capture uses one. Only a correction or reprocessing of the same walkthrough, or a permitted whole recapture including every original room, keeps the same link and uses no extra walkthrough. A partial named-room recapture is not a waiver.
